1. A non-returnable deposit of £50.00 per person will be required to secure your holiday dates.
2. A £100 breakage’s cheque is required and will be cashed on receipt, and on satisfactory inspection by our management company after your vacation you will receive a personal cheque from us for the above amount, however if any damage or losses are suffered the total £100 will be retained to replace broken or damaged items, or for extra cleaning bills for stained carpets or furniture, or our home is left in dirty condition, if small items should get broken please replace like for like from local stores and that will be fine.
3. The cost of your holiday in our villa includes the use of a fully stocked home with, microwave oven, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine & drier, dish washer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair drier. Standard house cleaning is included between lets (however this does not mean leaving the house in a mess as this will add cost to the cleaning bill and will result in loss of breakages deposit), hot water, power, air conditioning and lighting, use of bed linens and towels, TV and video, C.D player, radio, solar heated pool, picnic equipment, gas fired B.B.Q (please note if the gas runs out please replace at the local home depo for around $12 before leaving), fishing rods and tackle please replace any lost tackle. A safe is available free of charge.
4. Please place refuse in the two bins provided they are located in the exit from the garage on the left hand side door exit, and are at floor level to the left when the door is opened, do not leave plastic bags in the open as racoons and armadillo’s will tear open the bags.
5. Adults should not dive into the swimming pool as the shallow end is only 1 metre deep and the deep end is 2 metres deep, and could cause a broken neck or drowning, Rubber rings are used at owners risk.
6. LIABILITY: During your stay our agents and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
7. The owners and owners agents cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any other events beyond their control).
8. INSURANCE: It is advisable you take out your own holiday insurance.
9. Please replace the house key securely in the security key lock when leaving our home.
10. By placing the words IAGREE on the booking form you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions and agree to abide by these conditions else face lose of deposit or legal proceedings in extreme cases of poor treatment of the said property.
